At DREAMSRT, every print is curated and handled with premium care. We believe in transparency and delivering peace of mind with every order.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for undamaged, unaltered items. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order artwork
• Framed or altered pieces
• Gift cards or limited promo items

Return Process

Email madskillsentertainment@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
